He is survived by: his daughter Amy Phillips of Gainesvillle, GA; his grandchildren, Hailey Windon of Biloxi, MS and Lindsey Phillips; his great grandchild DeAnna Windon; his sister-in-law Debra Rolin Phillips of Sugar Hill, GA; and also, Jason, Illissa Timms, April, Freddie Crews, Greg and Angie Cofer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
