He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cain and Irene Cain. He is survived by: his sons, David and Nicholas Cain; his daughter-in-law Cherish Cain; his close friend Janie Doerr; his granddaughters, Leah, Riley, Isabelle and Adalynn Cain; his siblings, Bobby, Marsha, James, Jackie Cain, Ruby Rogers and Charles Osborne; his brother-in-law Jerry Waddell; and the mother of his children Karen Cain.
