He was predeceased by: his brother Mike Conner; his sister-in-law Karan Wilson; and his parents-in-law, Mahlon and Jenny Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kim Conner; his sons, Drew (Mandy Conner) and Vince (Erin Conner); his grandchildren, Avery, Archer, Olivia and Owen Conner; his parents, Owen Conner and Mary Lou Conner; his brothers, Tony Conner and Blake (Nicole Conner); his brother-in-law Scott Wilson; and his nieces and nephews, Nicolas Conner, Neal Conner, Nathan, Sam Wilson, Justin and Kaylyn Page. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Zion Hill Baptist Church (4100 Falcon Pkwy, Flowery Branch, GA 30542).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Zion Hill Baptist Church in Scott's honor.
