He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Elrod and Jessie Lee Allen Elrod. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Reed Elrod; his son Ty; his daughter-in-law Donna Elrod; his grandchildren, Cameron Elrod (Taylor Elrod) and Cassidy Stine (David Stine) of McCormick, SC; and his great grandchildren, Harlee, Rhett and Evy Ann.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home (355 Dawsonville Hwy, Gainesville, GA 30501). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (4121 Falcon Pkwy, Flowery Branch, GA 30542).
Flowers will be accepted, but those desiring may make memorial contributions to Eagle Ranch, P.O. Box 7200, Chestnut Mountain, Georgia 30502 in memory of Mr. Elrod.
