He is survived by: his wife Sharon Johnson; his son Jacob; his daughter-in-law Brandy Lange; his daughter Brooke Hicks; his grandchildren, Ryan Bobenhausen, Alex Lange, Chase Hicks and Ethan Hicks; and his brothers, Robert Johnson and Paul Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
