It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Bell Dowdy of Flowery Branch, Georgia, born in Pendergrass, Georgia, who passed away on June 10, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howell Bell and Mildred Benefield Bell; and her siblings, Brenda Bell Williams, Robert Bell and Carroll Bell.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth J. Dowdy of Flowery Branch; her children, Russ Dowdy (Trina) of Gainesville, GA and Kem Dowdy of Flowery Branch; her granddaughter Kristi Adams (Casey) of Gainesville; her siblings, Alice Pruett (Bonnie) of Buford, GA and Charles Bell (Jimmie) of Buford, GA; and her sisters-in-law, Rilla Jones Bell of Chestnut Mountain, GA, Pat Dowdy of Flowery Branch and Linda Dowdy of Estero, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
