He was predeceased by: his mother Deanna Maple. He is survived by: his father Robert Maple of Portsmouth, Ohio; his former wife Alexis Maple; his children, Madison Maple, Mackenzie Maple, Margaret Maple, Matthew Maple and Logan Harden; and his grandchildren, Jace, Greyson and Claire. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
