She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Glenn Abernathy and Aubrey Ernestine White Abernathy; and her brothers, O. G. Abernathy and Donald Abernathy. She is survived by: her children, Mike Garrett (Debbie) of Gainesville, Donna Burch of Flowery Branch, Yvonne Morris (Mike) of Oakwood and Becky Taylor (Jerry) of Flowery Branch; and her brother Wayne Abernathy (Sandra) of Flowery Branch. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
