She was predeceased by: her parents, Holman "Bud" Patterson and Cleo Ogle Patterson; her husband Winston McNeal; her son James McNeal (Junior); and her siblings-in-law, Leroy Truelove and Jean Patterson.
She is survived by: her son Tim; her daughters-in-law, Lisa McNeal of Flowery Branch and Cheryl McNeal of Gainesville; her grandchildren, Dustin, Heather McNeal, Bradon, Hannah McNeal, Michael McNeal and Kimberly Allen; her great grandchildren, Makenzie Allen, Katie McNeal, Maverick McNeal, Annie McNeal and Indie McNeal; her siblings, Betty Truelove of Gainesville, Billy Patterson of Gainesville and Bobby; and her sister-in-law Doris Patterson of Gainesville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
