He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Rutherford; and his parents, William Floyd and Lou Ella Rutherford. He is survived by: his daughter Vickie Chambers (Steve); his granddaughters, Rachel Nida (Peter) and Rebecca Hill (Jabril); his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Isaiah Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Sallie Sanford of Piedmont, AL, Faye Rutherford of Piedmont, AL and Larry Rogers of Albertville, AL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
