He was predeceased by: his parents, John Park and Francis Park. He is survived by: his friend Communications; his wife Gale Park of Flowery Branch; his daughters, Melissa Phillips (Stacy) of Tifton, Allison Moore (Brian) of Flowery Branch and Emily Park (Traci) of Dacula; his grandchildren, Hope Phillips of Oakwood, Hannah Phillips of Athens, Noah Park of Athens, Brianna, Jacob, Ella and Hudson Moore of Flowery Branch; his brother Terry Park (Margie) of Flowery Branch; his siblings-in-law, Earl and Elaine Smith of Mary Esther, Florida.; his sons-in-law, Reverend Stacy Phillips and Brain Moore; and his caregiver Christi. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and aunts and uncles.
