He is survived by: his wife Toy Dempsey; his children, Stephanie, Brian Taylor, Michael Dempsey, Nicholas and Katherine Dempsey; his grandchildren, Aubrey Taylor, Marshall Dempsey and Elizabeth Dempsey; and his sisters, Marianne Wandolowski, Joanne Colen, Gail Popovich and Korrie Dempsey.
