He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Parker and Margaret Parker; and his sisters, Christine Parker, Elizabeth Silver, Linda Parker and Helen Parker.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Parker-Bittle; his son-in-law Christoper Parker-Bittle; his granddaughter Payton Parker-Bittle; his siblings, Bobby (Phyllis Parker) and Kerri (Lee Lawson); his nieces and nephews, Cami Ridgeway, Trey Lawson, Nicole Watts, Heather LeMastus, Donna Phillips, Greg Silver, Kim Sailors, Lisa Smallwood, Tracy Roberts, Matt Parker and Jamey Mooney; and his close friends, Matthew Grissom and Elizabeth Edwards. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
