He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Cullens and Grace Cullens. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Kimberly Anderson (Lee) and Stephanie Garner (Mike); his grandchildren, Nick Garner, Laurel Kate and Caroline Anderson; and his sisters, Brenda Freeland and Carolyn Stringer (Lee). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
