He is survived by: his sons, James Keever of Flowery Branch, Ron Keever of Woodstock and David McAdams, Sr. of Carnesville; his grandchildren, Jessica Keever, Chad Keever, Christopher Keever, David McAdams, Jr., Drew McAdams, Shawn McAdams, Charles McAdams and Nathan McAdams; and his siblings, Barbara Banks, Emily Bennett, Felix Keever, John Keever and Dan Keever.
