He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcellus Foster and Allie Frith Radford; and his siblings, William "Bill" Radford, Virginia Holly, Wilma James and Maytrel Blume.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Radford of Flowery Branch; his children, Cynthia Radford Warner (Bobby) and Danny Carl Radford (Susan); his grandchildren, Danielle Frank, Tia Hansard, Tyler Dew, Schyler Radford, Jonathan Meakin, Jennifer Meakin and Jessica Meakin; and his great grandchildren, Anderson Hansard, Kyleigh Dew, Bryson Hansard, Mason Dew and Callan Hansard. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
