He was predeceased by: his parents, Elic Jernigan and Flossie Jernigan; and his son Harold "Bubba" J. Jernigan, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Patsy; his son-in-law Russell Senter; his grandchildren, Lisa Luna and Kevin Senter; his great grandchildren, Allie Luna, Kyler Luna, Kira Senter and Renee Senter; and his great great grandchild Bella Luna.
