She was predeceased by: her husband Gary B. Chalacoff. She is survived by: her children, Gary Chalacoff (Linda) of Flowery Branch, GA and Dena Smith (Craig) of Freeport, IL; her grandchildren, Jacob Chalacoff, Makayla Chalacoff, Garret Smith and Brandon Smith; her great grandchild Nolan Chalacoff; and her siblings, Michael Busonic (Connie), Victoria Ginger and Sheila Frazier. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
