She was predeceased by: her parents, L. D. Maltbie and Bessie Nix; and her son Marston Anthony Cornett. She is survived by: her husband Richard Palmer of Flowery Branch, GA; her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Karen Cornett of Winder, GA; her daughter Gail Palmer of Moore, SC; her grandchildren, Kyle, Whitney Cornett, Austin, Whitney Palmer, Chris, Ashley Cornett, Kimberly and Derek Owen; her sisters, Helen Cleveland (Charles) of Horton, AL, Trish Reynolds of Flowery Branch, GA and Betty Sullivan of St. Petersburg, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Barry, Elaine Palmer of Cleveland, GA, Larry and Carolyn Palmer of Demorest, GA. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
