With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Wade Orr of Flowery Branch, Georgia, who passed away on October 20, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lila Kilgore Orr; his parents, Wade H. Orr and Mattie V. Orr; his siblings, George Truitt, Charles Harvey, William Orion and Leaora; and his son-in-law Eddie Whitfield.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Orr (Benita) of Sky Valley and Lori Whitfield (Wayne Gibbs); his grandchildren, Whitney Orr Carlson (Peter) of Minneapolis, Minn, Jessica Orr Mull (Alex) of Senoia and Ansley Orr Nehme (Jad) of Marseilles, France; his children, Craig Whitfield (Amanda) of Murphy, NC. and Megan Whitfield of Clermont; and his great grandchildren, Monroe Carlson, Lila Claire Mull, Cannon Mull, Jad Wade Nehme and Dax Nehme.
