He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Blaine and Mertie Williford Maready; his wife Frances Geraldine Maready; and his son Marion Ray Maready. He is survived by: his children, Edward Dale Surcy of Commerce, Betty Faye Capes of Flowery Branch and Linda Gale Maready of Commerce. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
