He is survived by: his wife Ma Isidra Villasana; his children, Enrique Tovar (Lilana Lopez), Eduardo Tovar (Paulina), Laura Tovar Villasana (Julio Valdez), Martha L. Ruiz (Dionicio), Norma Tovar (Tim See) and Blanca Tovar Villasana; and his brother Salome Tovar Milan. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family.
