He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mazzei; his son Terry; his daughter-in-law Nikki; his grandchildren, Tyler, Dallas and Alexis; his daughter Shannon Welch Hayes; his son-in-law Lee; his granddaughter Maggie; his brother Jon Welch; and his sister-in-law Sandy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as grandnieces and grandnephews.
