He was predeceased by: his parents, R. F. Dennis and Eulah Dennis; his son John Dennis; and his siblings, Bruce, John and Mary.

He is survived by: his wife Sharline Dennis; his daughter Julie; his son-in-law Roger Kuykendall; his grandchildren, Nadean, Chris Cluer, April, Mike Mechtly and Stephany Kuykendall; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Alexiel and James; and his sisters, Wenona, Joy and Freda.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Corn Bible Academy, 208 N. Reimer Street, P.O. Box 38, Corn, Oklahoma 73024.
