He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Thornhill Umphreyville; his children, Sarah Green (Joshua) and David Umphreyville, Jr. (Ariane Page); his stepchildren, Skyler Gattis, Kaelyn Gattis Bookwalter and Sienna Gattis Harrison; his grandchildren, Soren Umphreyville, Beckett Swain, Ellianne Bookwalter, Madeline Bookwalter and Eden Harrison; and his brothers, Mark Umphreyville (Toni) and Herbert Umphreyville (Kaye).
