He is survived by: his wife June McConkey Runyon; his children, Mark Runyon (Ellen) and Ashley Aitkin (Richie); his grandchildren, Hunter Aitkin, Trey Aitkin, Carson Aitkin, Marlowe Runyon and Ray Runyon; his sister Susan Sherman; his half-siblings, Carol Cofer and Scott Runyon; and his stepsister Michelle Hoverson.
