He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha McDonald Wayne and Bob Carlisle Wayne. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ellen Perry and Mike; his sister-in-law LeAnne Wayne; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Allison, Jonathan, Blake and Michael.
