We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2022, at the age of 77, Carol Cullens of Flowery Branch, Georgia, born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Meadows and Maebell Meadows; and her husband Jerry Cullens. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Anderson (Lee) and Stephanie Garner (Mike); and her grandchildren, Nick Garner, Laurel Kate and Caroline Anderson.
