He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Olson of Flowery Branch, GA; his sons, Justin Williams of Flowery Branch, GA, Nicholas Grilli and Matt Grilli; his father Gerald Grilli; and also Belvidere.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Anthony Grilli.
