It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Morris Major of Flowery Branch, Georgia, who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Elbert Andrew and Allene Williams Major; and his brother Rev. Frank Major. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Major; his daughter Jennifer Tuggle (Eddie King); his grandsons, William Tuggle (Trinity) and Wesley Tuggle (Ellyn); and his sister Janice Dinsmore (C. V. Dinsmore, Jr.). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
