He is survived by: his mother Evangelina DeLeon Hernandez of Palacios, TX; his wife Melisa Hernandez of Flowery Branch, GA; his sons, Adam Hernandez, Jr. of Flowery Branch, GA, Bryson Gooch of Gainesville, GA and Gino; his daughter-in-law Andrea Hernandez of Oakwood, GA; his son Daniel; his daughter-in-law Christina Hernandez of Statham, GA; his daughters, Meredith Hernandez of Flowery Branch, GA, Delila Duckworth of Flowery Branch, GA and Amanda; his son-in-law Trey Cantrell of Gainesville, GA; his grandchildren, Jesse Hernandez, Kamari Cantrell, Jamarcus, Jaden Hernandez, Jace Hernandez, Aaliyah Cantrell, Jakob Hernandez, Wyatt Lasseter, Adan Hernandez, Bailey Hernandez, Zakary Hernandez and Jude Hernandez; and his siblings, Luptia (Steve Evans), Isabel Hernandez, Sylvia Hernandez, Liticia Hernandez, Eva Hernandez and Jesse Hernandez of Palacios, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
