He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Lewis and Patricia Curran Lewis; and his wife Dannielle Cloutier Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Lewis (Tracy Pendlebury) of Hampton, NH, Patricia "Trish" Heard (Jacob) of Concord and Sarah Robb (Sam) of Atlanta, Georgia; his granddaughter Salem Ruth Heard; and his cousin Christal Yancey.
