He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Ellis Titshaw Sr. and Mabel Elizabeth Morgan Titshaw; his son Lewis Ellis Titshaw III; and his brothers, Edward Titshaw and Rufus Titshaw.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Titshaw; his children, Monique Guerrero and George Titshaw; and his sister Juanita Johnson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
