He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Elizabeth Stewart, Alisha Stewart Reynolds, Cynthia Stewart Foshee, James Horace "Jimmy" Stewart III, Carol Long Barber, George Barber and John Long; his grandchildren, Rachael, Robert Goodman, Susan, Ian Steele, Lee, Autumn, John Arnette, Brittany Barber, Ashley Barber, Erica, Steven Williams and Cody Long; and his siblings, Gerald "Buck" Stewart, Richard Stewart and Sara Elaine Stewart Ledford. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
