She is survived by: her husband Bill Thomas, Sr.; her daughter Christy Hendrix (Richard); her grandchildren, Morgan Hendrix, Sarah Hendrix, Katie Thomas, Samantha Thomas and Amanda Parker (Andy); and her sisters, Janice Andrews, Patricia Beaver and Sharon Forner. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
