She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Lewis; her children, Jeffrey Lewis of Macon, Patricia "Trish" Heard (Jacob) of Concord and Sarah Lewis of Flovilla; her parents, Richard Cloutier and Patricia Cloutier; her brother Richard J. Cloutier, Jr.; and also, God Catholic Church, Old Griffin Road and Jackson.
