He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Smith and Willie Jo "Billie" Bailey; and his brother Timmy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Connie Smith; his children, Charles Kiley Scott Smith (Katey Smith) and Kim Ransdell; his granddaughter Kiley Smith; his great grandchild Tobi Smith; his sister Tamie Jones; his niece Brandi Austin; and his great-niece Savannah Austin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
