We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2023, at the age of 70, Carl Edward Tumlin of Flovilla, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Edna Stewart Tumlin; and his siblings, Wayne Tumlin, Elmer Tumlin, Colon Tumlin, Barbara Taylor and Rita White.

He is survived by: his wife Heather Anne Tumlin; his daughter Julie Ann Bledsoe; his grandchildren, Mathew Pike and Madelyn Pike; and his sisters, Kathy Casper and Mary Tumlin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
