She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Billy Fowler; her children, Sandra Gail Fowler, David Ray Fowler and Kenneth Lamar Fowler; and her siblings, Charles, Maurice, Wayne, Willard, David Bledsoe, Katherine Swaggerty, Laura Etta Leffew and Rita Faye Poovey.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Llewellyn (Joe), Rhonda Gay (Scott) and Daniel Fowler (Amanda); her siblings, Floyd Bledsoe (Billy Jack Bledsoe) and Floyce Smith; and her daughters-in-law, Becky Fowler and Karen Fowler. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
