He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Harrison Locke and Martha Ann Richardson Locke; and his sisters, Eldora Jean Ryan and Judith Eileen Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Locke; his children, Coleman Locke of Chattanooga, Lisa Locke Johnson of Rossville and Michelle Locke Mull of Ringgold; and his grandchildren, Daniel Johnson and Ally Johnson.
