She is survived by: her parents, James Lee and Rachel Simpson Perry; her daughter Norah Lou; her brothers, Dylan Lee, Atticus Perry and Archer Perry; her uncles, Andy Simpson (Erin), Jason Lee, Shaun Lee and Aaron Lee; her aunt Stacy Smith (Mark); and her grandparents, Bill, Donna Simpson of Flintstone, Belinda, Leslie Sexton of Rome, GA and Gwen Lee of Menlo, GA.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made for the future care of Skylar's daughter, Norah, via the arranged gofundme account.
