He is survived by: his wife Debbie Castleberry; his children, Kristy McDaniel (Clint) of Chickamauga and Wes Powell; his grandchildren, Luke Powell, Flat Rock, Kaci McDaniel and Weslynn Powell; his siblings, Mary Ann Pierce (Paul) and Terry Powell (Phyllis); and his great-nieces, Taylor Williams and Sarah Williams.
