He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Boak and Pearl Boak; and his sister Elaine Boak. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stone Boak; his daughter Rhonda Jacks (Lane); his sister Glenda Sehorne; and his grandsons, Matt, Mitch, Will and Cooper Jacks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
