He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmero David and Giesela David; his father-in-law Raymond Morrow; and his close friends, Terry and Lillian Antkowiak.

He is survived by: his child Fallon; his wife Terri David; his children, Christina Brakebill, Jeremy David (Sara McWhorter) and Sara David; his grandchildren, Nolan, Millie and Marty David; his siblings, Elmero David, Jr. (Debra), Connie Tanner (Mike) and Rob David; his children, Jeni Grunzinger (Johnny), Angie Antkowiak and Shawn Antkowiak (Rikki); and his brother-in-law John Morrow. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many church friends.
