It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Hulgan of Flintstone, Georgia, who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norma Hulgan to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard E. Hulgan; her daughter Vickie Conner; her parents, Pete Hutcheson and Bonnie Hutcheson; and her brother James Hutcheson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Morgan (Mark) and Nancy Miller (Mike); her grandchildren, Jill Goins (Gabe), Nick Higdon (Beth), Matt Morgan (Sarah) and Alex Morgan (Madeline); and her great grandchildren, Evan Cisco, Emily Cisco, Eli Cisco, Matthew Burhart, Lila Higdon, Henry Morgan, Philip Morgan and Everett Morgan. She is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home and Crematory-South Crest (833 Chickamauga Ave, Rossville, GA 30741). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lakewood South Memory Gardens (325 Greens Lake Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
