She is survived by: her daughter Pam Phillips; her grandchildren, Stephanie Cleveland (John), Tommy Phillips, Allen Phillips (Kelly) and Hershel Raines; her great grandchildren, Amber Davis (Jeremy), Noah Cantrell, Josh Cantrell, Jr., Chloe Raines, Mason Robinson (Alyssa), Taylor Brindisi and Savannah Phillips; her great great grandchildren, Kynleigh Cleveland, Ansley Davis and Lincoln Robinson; and her caregiver Ronnie Spence. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
