He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter and Margaret Elizabeth Clement Drew. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Welden Drew; his children, Kristy Smith (Tony), Shannon "Bubba" Drew (Lorie) and Jennifer McGill (Donny); his sisters, Frances Guffey and Thelma Casey; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Victoria, Hailey, Braden, Lexie, Laben, Jody and James. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
