He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Williams and Juanita Scalf Williams; his wife Joyce Williams; his brothers, Johnny Williams and Gerald Williams (Stalk); and his brothers-in-law, Jack Parker and Wayne Franklin.
He is survived by: his sons, Kelly Williams (Gayla) of Ringgold and Jeff Williams (Erica) of Flintstone; his siblings, Mitchell Williams of Rossville, Barbara Pendergrass, Patsy Parker, Neva Franklin of Rossville and Linda Hullender of Ringgold; his grandsons, Phillip Williams, Blake Lovell, Nathan Williams, Garrett Williams and Justin Williams; and his great grandchild Carson Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
