She is survived by: her children, Susan Wilson (Larry), Pat Crutchfield (Pam) and Terry Crutchfield (Felicia); her daughter-in-law Vickie Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Briley, Jamie, Arica, Don, Matt, Adam and Cory; and her former husband Ed Crutchfield. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
