He is survived by: his wife Gail Human Kingsley; his children, Bradley C. Kingsley and Tracie Whittington (Steve); and his siblings, Joann Santa Maria (Ricky), Ruth Wells (Curtis), Ray Kingsley and Johnny Kingsley. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
